We are seeking students of architecture and other enthusiasts to create about 300 3D models that will comprise a digital collection of Tbilisi’s architectural heritage. These models will be integral to our digital mapping platform, showcasing the city’s unique architectural character.
The project Digital Cartography promotes creation of customised data maps to consolidate information and unveil the city's distinct attributes and historical narrative. Data visualisation encompassing aspects like relief, construction timelines, architectural genres, and concealed urban layers serves to enhance the comprehension (and admiration) of Tbilisi's urban landscape.
If you are a student, researcher, or enthusiast with skills in 3D modelling and an interest in architectural heritage, we invite you to collaborate with us on this exciting project.
